The Nebraska Secretary of State's office has transitioned to a new system. UCC, EFS, XML filings, searches, and document image services are available online for filing, viewing, or purchase at https://business.nebraska.gov. For additional information, please refer to our New UCC/EFS System Frequently Asked Questions. To make filing easier, you may wish to apply for a Frequent Payor Account, which allows you to deposit funds in advance to be used for future online UCC/EFS filings. The Frequent Payor Account application and related FAQs are available on our website. Please email completed Frequent Payor Account applications to sos.businessservices@nebraska.gov.
