The Nebraska Collection Agency Licensing Board will be using the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System for its collection agency licensing going forward.

If you are a new applicant, you will need to file your application on NMLS. We are no longer accepting paper applications.

Branch Offices: Apply through NMLS.

Agency Solicitors: Submit an alphabetical list of solicitors' first and last names, any aliases used, number of solicitors in list, and their date of hire. The fee is $1.00 per solicitor. Submit through NMLS.
