During this period of COVID-19 adjustment, the Secretary of State Business Services Division continues to monitor the situation and make adjustments to the operations of the office as appropriate.  Please see below for any updates.

New, effective Tuesday, June 1, 2021 – Business Services will have both front counter windows open and resume services for walk-ins.  With the front counter back to full operation the dropbox will no longer be available, documents may be dropped at the front counter.  As a courtesy for those who prefer an appointment, the ability to schedule appointments will be continued for the time being.   Please visit the Business Services section of our website and then select Schedule an Appointment from the drop-down list for further information or click the following link https://sos.nebraska.gov/business-services/scheduling-appointment-business-services.
