If you have selected to file a Statutory Lien on page one of the application, you will be required to select the type of lien on this page. You can then fill in the sections for any questions pertinent to the lien type you are filing. When you are finished, click on Continue to proceed. Important: If you are presented with this page while filing and you did not intend to file a statutory lien, you will need to use the Exit button at the bottom of the page and start your filing over.
