The Nebraska Secretary of State's Office mailed out declarations of dissolution to limited liability companies that failed to file their 2023-2024 biennial report on time. Due to a printing error, some companies received incorrect dissolution forms. Here's what you need to know:
- New notices are being sent in the mail
- If your company failed to file its biennial report and would like to reinstate, you may use the reinstatement forms located on our website: https://sos.nebraska.gov/business-services/reinstatement-information
- If your company has already submitted reinstatement forms to our office, you do not need to do anything further. We will contact you if we have any questions related to your submission
